Property and Uses
1227 is a cationic surfactant, a non-oxidizing bactericide with broad-spectrum antibacterial and algae killing properties. It can effectively control the proliferation of bacteria and algae and the growth of slime in water, and has good sludge stripping and certain dispersion and penetration effects. Additionally, 1227 fungicide has certain degreasing, deodorizing, and corrosion inhibition effects.
1227 Low toxicity, no cumulative toxicity, easily soluble in water, unaffected by water hardness, therefore widely used in circulating cooling water systems in petroleum, chemical, power, textile, and other industries to control bacterial and algal growth in circulating cooling water systems, effective in killing sulfate-reducing bacteria.
1227 Sterilizers and algaecides can also be used as sterilization and anti-mold agents, softeners, antistatic agents, emulsifiers, conditioners, etc. in the textile printing and dyeing industry

How to use
1227 is used as a bactericide and algaecide, with a typical dosage of 50-100mg/L; Used as a clay stripping agent, the dosage is 200-300 mg/L, and an appropriate amount of silicone defoamer can be added as needed. 1227 Fungicides can be used in combination with other fungicides such as isothiazolinone one, glutaraldehyde, dithiocyanylmethane, etc., to enhance efficacy, but they should not be used together with phenolic agents. After adding non-oxidizing fungicides, contaminants may be extracted from the circulating water due to stripping; these should be promptly filtered or removed to prevent sedimentation after foam disappears. Bactericidal 1227 Do not mix with anionic surfactants such as polyacrylic acid or hydrolyzed polymaleic acid.
Packaging and storage
1227 The biocider should be packaged in plastic barrels, with each drum containing 25KG or 200KG; 80% content is 190KG/barrel. Store in a cool, ventilated indoor area with a shelf life of one year.
Safety protection
Fungicide and algaecide 1227 has a slight almond scent and does not cause significant irritation to the skin. If it comes into contact with skin, rinse off with water.
